While we specialize in experimental aircraft, we can work on certified aircraft alongside the owner's A&P/IA. 

We have hands-on experience with the following airframes: RV-4, -6, -8, Badlands Traveler, SNS-7, CH750, PA-32R, C172RG, C182, Veloce ANG, Veloce 400. We also specialize in the electrical/avionics systems integration into prototype aircraft such as the Badlands Traveler and the Veloce 600.

We specialize in G3X systems. The G3X is not just a display, but a system. It includes an onboard VFR GPS, Optional ADAHRS for PFD use, and integration for EIS, remote LRUs, as well as IFR navigators. There are a vast number of possible configurations for a G3X system, so we encourage customers to reach out directly to us so we can discuss your needs and design a quote.

The current Leading Edge Aero shop rate is $50/hr. This is because we do not employ A&P mechanics, and the customer is responsible for returning the aircraft to service after work. Depending on the project, this may either be a simple logbook entry, but larger changes may require the aircraft to be sent back into Phase I flight testing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure airworthiness and FAA compliance according to their individual project.

Absolutely. We have done several installs where we have traveled to the customer and completed an entire install in less than 7 days. Meticulous planning and engineering goes into this. When we are on the road, the customer pays for travel expenses including airfare (if required), lodging, and meals.
